RIP Masaya Nakamura, the "Father of Pac-Man." Back in the day, this watch was on my wrist and I was a videogame fanatic. Atari 2600 was my home system (boo Intellivision) and I loved going to arcades like Space Port, Jolly Ox, and Phoenix, pumping quarters into the machines at the Gentilly Schwegmann's while my Mom made groceries, and dashing across the neutral ground to hit the games in the back room of Eats before high school homeroom.
It's kind of crazy that I'm so out-of-the-loop today; I've barely touched a home console or PC-based game in the past two decades.
