The Saturday before Memorial Day marks the annual BBQ fundraiser for the Volunteer Fire Department of Sunrise Beach, Texas, featuring my Dad as master of ceremonies and me running audio.
In addition to chicken, sausage, beans, potato salad, and fixins, attractions include a tribute to fallen servicemen & servicewomen, a bake sale, a raffle, "Fun With Foam" (suds for days), and a performance by the precision lawn-chair brigade known as The Beachers.
